- Our client is a series A backed media firm growing rapidly across the UK.
- To keep up with demand and requirements two mid-level marketing execs were required instantly to keep driving content across a multiple of channels for an ever-expanding client base.
- The client initially tried to go internally but the total volume of applications was overwhelming and the client wanted a specific skill set that was well qualified.
Approach:
- We set out a detailed search and worked within set time frames to ensure that both marketing execs would be hired and then start together to maximise inductions and management time.
- After a headhunt campaign to compliment internal advertising 6 1st stage interviews were held in week 1 of which 4 candidates went to final stage and 2 received job offers.
Conclusion:
- Both candidates were hired within a 20 day search and interview period and started together 30 days after contract signing.
