- A contact that we had worked with for a number of years helping them find SDRs and Junior sales professionals were in need of Account Directors to look after and grow their Large Strategic Accounts
- This was the first of their hires for Account Directors within the Financial Markets team.
Approach:
- With direct communication with the hiring managers, we ran this contingent search.
- As the candidate had to come from a Financial Market background, we create a list of companies from the sectors required and then a longlist of candidates we would be approaching.
- After 2 weeks of sourcing, screening and interviewing we supplied the client with 6 profiles for the 2 positions.
Conclusion:
- Both positions were filled
- The clients Major Account team has 6 ADs and continues to use us when needed.
