  • Our client is a fast-growing challenger within the cyber security sector. To support their growth objectives, they required an experienced SDR from sector to target new markets and feed their AE’s, a challenging feat as most SDR’s quickly want to progress into a closing AE role.

Approach:

  • To ensure this hire succeeded for a prolonged period identifying an SDR with the right behaviours was vital – someone with a great track record who loved creating opportunities. Firstly, we created a longlist of competitors from which the SDR would have the right skill set. We then angled our sell to connect and identify with the right people, often discounting professionals who on paper looked great.
