They therefore required a Sales Manager who would not only drive revenue but also take responsibility and relish the constant naturing and training of junior professionals in the best interest of the business.

 

Approach:

  • Knowing this selfless hybrid role of Sales Manager and trainer was unique we relied heavily on quality industry network to guide us towards individuals who would have the right balance of skills and behaviours.

 

Conclusion:

  • We were able to identify some strong individuals but one individual we were recommended to was just perfect. After a few meetings to sell the opportunity, we were able to introduce the candidate to the client and they felt exactly the same.
